Settlement Services

We provide core settlement services for newcomers to Canada that help support their integration into their new community. Our settlement staff can assist newcomers in multiple languages:

• Vietnamese
• Twi, Ga, Ewe
• Somali
• Spanish
• Italian

Services are available by appointment for eligible newcomers, including permanent residents, refugees and refugee claimants. The Settlement Workers provide general information and referral, problem solving and support, and can help with filling out all kinds of forms including citizenship and immigration, health card and other government forms.
